natural childbirth

Would you like to learn how to have a peaceful pregnancy and painless childbirth? It all depends on your nutrition and preparation. I have given birth seven times, three times in the hospital, four times at home, five times naturally, and twice with medication. Each birth has been a sacred time. I am still learning about birth and how to prepare for it. I am hoping to have more babies and want to learn as much as I can to make each birth more joyful.

Here’s a great site to learn more http://www.foodrenegade.com/babies/. The author of the site claims that by taking her course, you can learn how to eat so that any babies you conceive after following her recommended diet will never need glasses, have no impacted wisdom teeth, have beautiful round heads and broad smiles, and be perfectly healthy. Plus you get a pain-free labor and childbirth. Sounds wonderful! We women are just beginning to understand the power we have in creating life and the future health of those lives.

I also like my friend Amy Cox Jones’ Birthologie class http://www.birthologie.com/

This book and blog look very inspiring. They are created by LDS women to honor the sanctity of giving life http://thegiftofgivinglife.com/
