I had a section years ago on this web site where people talked about the difference between the two methods of childbirth philosophy: Hypnobabies vs. Hypnobirthing. When I transferred my web site to a different hosting service, that section got lost. My 21-year-old daughter has a friend who is expecting a baby and the friend asked my daughter what the difference is. So then my daughter asked me. Can anyone help answer this question? I know one is a spin-off of the other.
