I have been doing t-tapp exercises at least 3 days a week since Mon. Feb. 20. So far I have lost 4 inches off my waist! I am excited about that! (But wish it were more inches.) Well, at least I can wear my pants that I couldn’t wear at Christmas time! Now I am shooting for those prepregnancy pants before I have another pregnancy!

I love t-tapp because the exercises invigorate me, that is, make me sweat, without any jumping, bouncing, or running. They feel good!
