
I saw the recipe for Boosted Frozen Lemonade by Serene and Pearl of Trim Healthy Mama fame last week and have been making it almost every day since then. It is so yummy! Get the recipe here in the THM Facebook group. It’s basically a whole peeled lemon with the white part left on, water, ice cubes, baobab powder, and sweetener blended up. Some say it tastes like a Chick Fil A Lemonade. Yum! If you don’t like stevia then use a little honey or coconut sugar. I’m thinking next time I make this I’m going to add turmeric for more health benefits. So refreshing!
