This is so amazing! This week, for Come Follow Him (Jesus Christ), we are studying Matthew 13, Luke 8 and Luke 13. I love the Parable of the Soil, aka the Parable of the Sower, in Matthew 13. It harmonizes with the Law of the Soil, what some people call soil theory. I learned a new thing to go along with it, from Brother Jared Halverson, in the video below. He says you can line up the responses of the people going on the path to the Tree of Life in Lehi’s vision, with the types of soil in the parable of the soil.
