Kate says on her website here, “From the womb to your child’s second birthday is the highest nutritional impact we can have on their gut, brain and immune system in their entire lifetime.”

It’s amazing how much power a mother has! Kate has a first foods plan that focuses on cultivating a healthy biome in your baby’s gut. A baby’s healthy gut allows for healthy skin, happy mood, and much more. She has dramatic before and after photos of babies healing from eczema and other problems here.

It all started when the birth of her son did not go as planned. She breastfed him and he was constantly spitting up.

She says, “I used a specific method of starting solids, one that focused on his GUT more than anything else and with food alone, my son’s rashes disappeared, he started pooping daily (no mucous, no blood, no constipation).” Go here to learn more.
